How to Change the Twitter Account Used in SimplyTweet Lite

Press Home Button

Step 1. Press the home button

Go to Settings app

Step 2. Go to Settings app

Go to SimplyTweet Lite

Step 3. Go to SimplyTweet Lite

Enter your Account name and password

Step 4. Enter your Account name and password.

If you are wondering why the first screenshot is black, it's one of the new themes that is coming with the next version of SimplyTweet (paid version).
