When you enable Load All Unreads, when SimplyTweet app starts up, it will try to load as many unread tweets in your Friends timeline as possible. This is usually a maximum of 800-1200 tweets (it depends on Twitter). Especially useful if you like to catch up on tweets after a long flight or train ride without internet access.

To enable Load All Unreads, go to the built-in Settings app (where things like system time is configured) and look for SimplyTweet.
